AI Search Visibility

AI SEO Agency

An AI SEO agency optimizes a business to be found, understood, and cited by AI search systems such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. It combines generative engine optimization, entity and schema markup, AI visibility tracking, and traditional technical and local SEO into a single program.

G3Z Creative is that agency for South Florida. We are based in Miramar and we work across Broward and Miami-Dade. Pricing is published below, reporting is prompt-level, and nothing here is rebranded SEO.

What Actually Changed in Search

Search did not disappear. The results page changed shape. On the query “ai seo agency” today, position one is not a website at all — it is a Google AI Overview that answers the question inline and cites nine sources. The first traditional listing sits below it. That pattern now repeats across a large share of commercial queries.

The practical consequence is that ranking and being cited have come apart. A page can hold position four and never be quoted by the system sitting above it. Another page can sit on page two and be the source an AI Overview lifts its definition from. Two different games, played on the same page.

AI SEO is the work of winning the second game without losing the first. The systems doing the citing — Google's AI Overviews, ChatGPT's browsing layer, Perplexity, Gemini — are all still grounded in crawled pages, structured data, and business profiles. They have not replaced SEO. They have raised the price of doing it badly — which is why classic technical SEO is the floor of this program, not a legacy line item.

The honest version

A large number of agencies renamed their existing SEO retainer “AI SEO” in 2025 and changed nothing else. Buyers noticed — “ai seo agency legit” and “ai seo agency reddit” are among the most common follow-on searches for this term.

That skepticism is well earned, and we would rather meet it directly than talk around it. Here is how to tell the difference, including the questions that will make a bad fit uncomfortable.

The Four Pillars of AI SEO

Every credible AI SEO program does these four things. If a proposal is missing one, ask why.

Pillar 01

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

Restructuring your content so AI systems can lift it. Language models do not cite pages, they cite passages. A 900-word section that meanders is unusable to them; a 50-word direct answer under a question-shaped heading is exactly what they extract.

What we do: rewrite key pages into question-and-direct-answer structure, build out the entity vocabulary a model expects to see near your topic, add comparison tables and definition blocks that parse cleanly, and prune the filler that dilutes extraction.

What you see: a rewritten page inventory, before/after passage structure, and the specific prompts each page is built to answer.

Pillar 02

Entity & Schema Optimization

Making your business machine-readable. An AI system has to be confident about who you are before it will recommend you. That confidence comes from consistent, structured, cross-referenced facts — not from adjectives on a homepage.

What we do: full JSON-LD implementation (Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList), entity disambiguation via sameAs links across your profiles, exact-match NAP reconciliation across Google, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, and the core data aggregators.

What you see: validated schema on every page, and a citation audit showing where your name, address, and phone disagree across the web — plus the fixes.

Pillar 03

AI Visibility Tracking

Measuring whether any of it worked. This is the pillar most often missing, and its absence is the clearest signal that a retainer is traditional SEO wearing a new label. Rankings do not tell you whether ChatGPT mentions you.

What we do: define a seed set of real buyer prompts for your business, then track your mention and citation rate against them across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews — with competitor share-of-voice alongside it.

What you see: a bi-weekly report with the prompt list, who got cited, and whether your share moved. Baselines captured before we touch anything, so the comparison is honest.

Pillar 04

Traditional + AI Integration

AI SEO is not a replacement for SEO, and any agency selling it as one is selling you a gap. AI systems are grounded in the same crawlable web. A site that is slow, badly linked, or absent from the local pack is invisible to both.

What we do: the unglamorous foundation — Core Web Vitals, crawlability and index hygiene, internal linking, Google Business Profile management, review velocity, and the editorial content that earns conventional rankings. Our local SEO practice runs underneath every AI SEO engagement.

What you see: conventional rank tracking and Search Console reporting, unchanged, because it still matters.

How to Tell Real AI SEO From Rebranded SEO

Five questions. Ask them of us, and of everyone else you are considering.

1. “Show me a report where the unit of measurement is a prompt, not a keyword.”

This is the fastest disqualifier. If every deliverable is a keyword ranking table, no AI-specific work is happening. Real AI visibility reporting lists the actual prompts tested and who got cited for each.

2. “What is my baseline citation rate today?”

If they cannot tell you where you stand before starting, they cannot prove improvement later. Anyone who skips the baseline is preserving their ability to claim credit for anything that happens.

3. “Can you show me the schema you would write?”

Structured data is verifiable — you can paste it into Google's Rich Results Test yourself. An agency that treats schema as a checkbox rather than something they hand-write is not doing entity work.

4. “Is the content written to be extracted, or written to hit a word count?”

Ask to see a page they optimized for AI citation. If it opens with three paragraphs of throat-clearing before answering the question in its own headline, it will not get cited, whatever it cost.

5. “What happens if the AI channel does not pay off for me?”

The honest answer: every deliverable in a well-built AI SEO program — schema, site speed, local profile, better-structured content — also improves conventional organic and local rankings. If an agency cannot explain that fallback, they have overcommitted to a single bet with your money.

One more, on our side of the table: we do not publish invented client metrics or self-applied star ratings on this page. Our reviews live on our Google Business Profile where you can read them unfiltered, and we will walk you through live client reporting on a call rather than screenshotting a number here. What we can show you up front is who is actually doing the work and at what scale they have done it before.

AI SEO Pricing

Published, because you should not have to sit through a discovery call to find out whether we are in your budget.

For context on the market: AI SEO retainers generally run $2,500–$8,000/month for small and mid-sized businesses and $12,000+/month at enterprise scale. We sit at the lower end of that range because we are a small South Florida team without a national sales org to fund. Everything below is month-to-month with 15 days' notice to cancel.

Who You're Actually Hiring

G3Z Creative is owned and operated by two people. You will not be handed to an account manager.

Technical Lead

Christian Gomez

15+ years in technical SEO. Christian has scaled search architectures across the full range — from micro local businesses to national enterprise platforms serving 100M+ recurring monthly users across 7M+ indexed pages. He led organic scaling operations for major programmatic SEO leaders in the EdTech and Employment verticals.

That background is the reason this agency does AI SEO rather than talks about it. Getting an LLM to trust and cite a business is an entity, schema, and crawl-architecture problem. It is the same discipline as keeping 7 million pages indexed and coherent — applied to a smaller surface, for a much more direct payoff.

Business Development

Leah Gomez

Two decades in sales and marketing. Leah runs business development and client strategy, and is the reason the technical work stays pointed at revenue rather than at metrics that look good in a report.

Christian and Leah are a husband-and-wife team. G3Z Creative is the business they built together, which is a different set of incentives than a retainer at a firm where you are one of two hundred accounts.

On the enterprise work, plainly

The large-scale platforms above are covered by NDA, so they are not named here and there are no logos on this page. We would rather describe the scope accurately and decline to name the client than imply a relationship we cannot evidence. On a call we can talk through the architecture and the decisions in detail — what we cannot do is print the brand.

The South Florida and independent businesses we work with directly include Towing One FL, Oasis Medical Health Centers, HITEC Global, RememberMeSeries.com, and FajardoElite.com, among others. Ask us for a reference in your vertical and we will connect you with one.

Where We Work

Based at 2751 SW 116th Ave, Miramar, FL 33025. We serve Broward County and North Miami-Dade in person, and work remotely beyond it.

AI SEO Questions, Answered

How much does AI SEO cost?

AI SEO typically costs $2,500 to $8,000 per month for small and mid-sized businesses, and $12,000 or more per month for enterprise programs. G3Z Creative charges $1,500 to $4,500+ per month depending on scope, billed month-to-month with no long-term contract. A one-time AI visibility audit is $1,500.

What moves the number is scope, not vendor prestige: how many locations you need covered, how much of your existing content has to be rewritten rather than adjusted, and whether your schema and business listings are starting from zero. A single-location service business in Broward almost always lands in the $2,500 tier. Be skeptical of anything under $1,000/month — at that price the work is templated, and templated content is precisely what AI systems decline to cite.

What is an AI SEO agency?

An AI SEO agency optimizes a business to be found, understood, and cited by AI search systems such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. It combines generative engine optimization, entity and schema markup, AI visibility tracking, and traditional technical and local SEO into a single program.

The distinction from a conventional SEO agency is the target. Traditional SEO optimizes for a ranked list of blue links. AI SEO optimizes for inclusion in a generated answer — which depends less on your position and more on whether your content is structured in extractable passages and whether the system is confident about your identity as an entity. In practice a good agency does both, because both surfaces still send buyers.

Which AI SEO agencies are the best?

The best AI SEO agency depends on your size and market. Enterprise budgets are well served by national firms such as Coalition Technologies, OuterBox, and Thrive. Small and mid-sized South Florida businesses are usually better served by a local specialist that also owns their Google Business Profile and local search footprint.

We would rather give you a useful answer than a self-serving one. If you are a national e-commerce brand with a $20,000 monthly budget, we are not the right call and the firms above are genuinely good. Where we are the better fit is a South Florida business where local visibility and AI citation have to be won together, by a small team you can actually reach. Whoever you shortlist, run them through the five questions above first.

Is SEO still worth it in 2026?

Yes. AI Overviews and chat assistants have not replaced search; they changed what gets surfaced. Those systems are still grounded in crawled web pages, structured data, and local business profiles. SEO is now the mechanism by which AI systems find and cite you, which makes it more consequential, not less.

The fair caveat: informational queries genuinely do lose clicks to AI Overviews, because the answer is delivered inline. That hurts publishers more than it hurts service businesses. Commercial and local intent behaves differently — someone who needs a contractor in Pembroke Pines still has to choose one, click through, and call. What has changed is that the AI answer now sits between the search and the choice, which is exactly why being the business it names matters.

Find out if AI search knows you exist.

We will run your business against a real buyer prompt set across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews, and show you the baseline. If the answer is that you are already well covered, we will tell you that too.
